It has to be a good sign, for those looking for the next corporate saga to write about, that Steve Girsky has been hired by ... the UAW!

I better do a check-in:

"Dear Cramer of Cramerica,

I'm concerned that the free-markets press, the President called Bush, and a _few_ of your demise-seeking hedge-fund buddies may pull the rug out from under GM.

Frankly, I do not care whether GM supplies cars or not, but I am concerned about the impact of shuttering a huge firm will have in an already weak financial market and economic outlook.

So, how should I hedge the "GM risk" in my portfolio?
